I visited in January / February 2021. Very clean and hygiene maintained office. Seating distancing maintained, no crowding allowed. . Hand sanitizer available. The customer service team is efficient and guided by a senior person there, who is very friendly and helpful. Anyone who has a blocked bkash account, can easily visit this centre with 0% hesitation or doubt. The senior personnel who is present there is 100% absolutely fantastic, in terms of behavior and service. I never visited a bkash center before, this was my first visit and the process lasted for 5 to 7 minutes and was super easy.
