The front desk lady is unprofessional , unskilled and bad mannered. She is shouting over phone. Rubbish

Doctor's are very polite and they explained the situation very carefully. But the cash counter and overall support staff are very unskilled and unprofessional. I would suggest to go to their main hospital in Dhanmondi for any diagnostic tests.
