Off most of the time. Probably the slowest gp customer service in dhaka. There is an accessories shop infront of the customer service which blocks the entrance with their customers. No security service. Service is not open till 7 as advertised.

They keep changing location like a ponzi scheme!! First it was in north tower then on that small store in sector 9 beside labam ba now its on sector 3 and they dont even bother updating it on the G map!! Also customer service is too slow
