Service is good, but their behavior like animals. I was purchased 10,000 bulk SMS from them, after spending 400 SMS they suspend my SMS account. When I asked them, why my account has been suspended, they said, we found that you have sent some violated SMS from your account so that's why we have suspended your account. I ask them, what type of SMS you think is a violation, they said, love, personal, etc. HOW FUNNY... But after that, I apologize for that, and sower them that further, I will never send any type of SMS again like that. please unsuspend my account, they said ok but it will take 3/4 days to reopen your account. I said ok, no problem. But after 7/8 days letter they inform me they are not able to provide their service again, And they will refund me. Then I was trying to convince them, even I told them that I will give you my SMS template, you can send that to my audience if they can't trust me. But they didn't listen to me. And then they stop replying to me on email and phone. After 15/16 days they said they will refund me 40% of my entire balance. I ask them, why? they said it's policy. I don't know how many reputed this company is??? But I think this type of company has not enough budget to refund to their customers. This is my first-time bad experience for an IT company like this.
If anyone wants to work with an enthusiastic and innovated team, I would recommend them to check the Easy Touch It team out. Because they are amazing energetic and creative team I've ever seen. I hope the great days are awaiting for the Easy Touch It and this company will be one of the most successful IT company in the world in near future.
