They are not in service at all.
Would have given a negative rating if it was possible. Lodged a request for repairing Hitachi refrigerator and had to repeatedly call them to find out if they are going to send a mechanic. On the third day asked them to give me the number of their repair shop so that I can call myself. Surprise surprise got a number not in use. Avoid calling them. Life is too short for such run around in the name of service.
Called several times it hold me a long for accusing of its all phone line busy.disgusting.
Very unprofessional, they simply do not care about their commitments. Make vague promises to keep the client waiting. Awful experience and wasted my time.
