Overall customer service is average. Even between on/off-peak hours, they don't provide you the bandwidth as promised. Ping is good, but overall bandwidth consistency is not satisfying at all. Been using DreamNet the past month, but day-by-day the service is worsening! Total disappointment, and should be taken care of ASAP.
