Delvista Ruparup is a residential apartment building developed by Vistaara Architects Ltd. This beautiful apartment building was designed by renowned Architect couple Mustapha Khalid Palash and Shahzia Islam Anton during 1998. We came here as a tenant and after 4 years decide to be part of the flat owners association. Surrounded by lots of green and huge sunlight ( direct and passive), tweets of different colorful birds, lake view and overall warmth this place offers - it is merely a house, it can easily pass for a true home.
