I will try not to make it very descriptive. I asked for the help to guide me for Resume Upgrade. I paid 3300 bdt for that ( that’s what he asked for only upgrading my resume not building it from scratch) Anyway paid that amount straightaway as I needed that for a job application. I was promised that it will delivered by 6-7 days but not giving enough information and process of their work. I was left in darkness overall. But I kept on following up as the due date was over. Since I’m overseas here everything has a due process and timeframe. If someone promised you something it’ll be delivered within that. But they don’t bother to look at those timeframe. All they care about putting the money in then forget about the clients. Terribly disappointing and very arrogant management. I had the opportunity to have it done from Melbourne as well but I wanted to give priority to the community people but unfortunately with this type of business model and arrogant behaviour won’t take them anywhere. The owner, Niaz Ahmed , one of the rudest and aggressive entrepreneurs I have ever seen. People be aware before you take their services. Thanks
