i called twice but they don't take any complaint and also they don't keep the record of any complain.its like that you will call them and pass some time with them.Covid-19 is a pandemic but for them its like something bigger than EID.last 2 month rarely got all the item i ordered and take the money to deposit in chaldal wallet and then make shopping again with delivery charge and again money in chaldal wallet.These all are considered but the last experience was terrible. I ordered the Bread on 31st may for 1st June to be served as breakfast .deliveryman came late and put it for next day to eat.Take two slice and felt vomitting .checked properly from the bottom.Its totally expired to eat.picture attached.then 3 times contact then and everytime i start telling story coz they dont have any record.Bread price is 75 taka but phone bill is almost same.this the support from best grocery .I think I should Complaint to vokta odikar but tired enough to do that.let them play with us..

I was used to ordering at Chaldal since the pandemic started but they never had a sense of how one can take 10 or 20 items individually without a bag! How could a person take the items home (from the ground floor to other floors) without a bag? Requested them several times but seems they don't care! Whereas, other online grocery shops like Shawpno delivers the items packing them nicely. You guys are idiot, will be idiot forever. Order Number 3,412,754 is my last order with you, I swear.
They were good when they started back in 2013, I used to order from them very frequently but now their delivery time is not correct, 90% time I found missing of my ordered products but I paid full, they have a lot of problems with their commitment.. If you keep being like this one day chaldal will be gone, someone else will take your position, take this review as a challenge so you can change yourself to a better position. RIGHT NOW CHALDAL.COM IS THE WORST AMONG ALL ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES.
They r never on time....My last order which i did 7/10/20 to deliver on 8/10/20 at 9-10 am, didn’t even deliver... Delivary man were so poorly behaved... Sometimes got thr disgusting Offer call over my cell phone,its very disturbing ... NEVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN...
Their service went worse. I used to shop from their website but last few shipments was unacceptable. I told them but no one respond or called. Then I thought it’s kinda harsh time let it be. But day before yesterday I placed an order it didn’t came I called them they said it will come. Then today morning one of them called and ask me did you get your order I said to them he told me it will be delivered between 2-3pm . Around 5pm I called them they said your order went out for deliver at 16:50. I said what happen they said they are having some problem. And this problem I don’t know what it is I heard every single time. Now I’m thinking I have to switch to other company. Cause I gave them second chance and they blew it. So please be careful if you are placing orders with them please choose cash on delivery method.
