I've ordered book from their website and already paid the bill by online and they even called me via phone for confirmation. And gave me a date for product arrival. Got massage from them with product no. But after few days later I got a massage that the order was cancelled and I don't even get my refund back. Totally waste of money, effort and time. Definitely not recommend.

Delevary system very very bad. In Tracking system you cannot know where is your product. I donot get my book last 8 working day inside dhaka city. Rokomary is 100 times best than Boibazar.
