There are a lot of Travel Agencies in the building. Also press and other offices. The building is pretty well maintained, though stairs and some washrooms weren't that clean.
Environment quality good. But lift service quality not good at all.
Very congested place. Limited open space. No gap with surrounding buildings. Narrow stair and lift. Always there is que in front of lift. Not have enough light and air inside the building. This is just like a cave. No adequate emergency exit path.
