Their furniture quality is good but customer service is bad and inefficient.I have purchased furnitures on two different occasions.When the delivery came the desk I ordered was damaged and chipped off.Also timing a major issue when it comes to delivery.I literally had to put off everything and waited whole day for the delivery to receive.Even if you mention a reasonable time to deliver these NAWABS with attitude told us ' Did you guys bought the whole store that we have to deliver on your time?' Also last time a rookie sales person named Md.Saiful Islam did a clumsy paper work.We purchased 52,000 worth of furniture but in the memo he put 53,000 when I addressed the issue he did not refunded me 1000.Instead he said he will add a tissue holder.I did not needed a tissue holder I needed them to charge the right amount.Then adding an insult to injury he forgot to take my signature and later on called me to sign the memo and WhatsApp him.How inconvinient.I don't recommend them to anybody.They should get zero star on any rating.
The furniture quality is not that different from any roadside furniture made of MDF covered in lacquer or (Malaysian kath) Only difference is extortionate prices.
Very bad customer service. Delivered products do not meet one's expectations he/ she ordered. Service after delivery is the wrost one.
