Horrible! Don't ruin your lunch/dinner and avoid at all cost. I went there for family dinner a few times in the last couple years and the service/food was pretty good. But my last visit a couple days ago has changed my mind about them for the worse. The tables are placed so close you can barely move. The cutlery was dirty and scuffed. I saw forks with bent tines that were totally unusable. When we complained about the cutlery on our table, the waiter simply grabbed another from the nearest table and offered it to us. The food was horrible! I could smell the icky, fishy smell of the prawn in the soup, it was not properly cleaned or fully cooked. The masala prawn was saltless and had the same taste and texture of a generic fish curry with loads of onions. The fried rice was lumpy. The vegetables were bland. The cashew nut salad didn't even have a single piece of cashew that I could find, and it was cold. The fried chicken was the worst. It tasted raw and inedible. The outer layer was fried with batter but the chicken itself smelled and tasted like raw meat. And they charged their nightmare inducing meal like it was the epitome of culinary art. My foot..

I went to Abacus on yesterday for taking dinner, but my experience is very poor. As per our requirement served chicken kshonut salad, but without any kshonut. We raised the complaint to manager, and he came with few kshonut in a plate and confidently said SORRY. In the meantime, mosquitoes are enjoying us continuously. Finally settled the bills and went to home with worst experience.
