The Hall was founded by Md Badre Alam son of Md Qamar Uddin ( 2 times member of parliament of undivided India) Now, so far my concern, Md Faruk Imran son of Md Badre Alam, has reconstructed that building from Chanda Cinema Hall to Chanda Community Garden.
