From my experience they don't have any proper workshop or service centre for AC at least. After I bought this sharp inverter AC the amount of money I have spent I could have bought 2 AC. Every time their guys comes they charge me 5000 to 8000 taka and I lost count on how many times I have called their guys. Just after a year it started giving problems. I am a very disappointed customer and would never recommend anyone to buy any products from your showroom.i think they sell all fake products. Never buy from them you will regret it.

They sell fake branded electronics. I bought a refrigerator three months ago but it started very irritating noises after two weeks. I called their customer service several times and 2-3 times they came and tried to solve. As this is not solved, they are not coming anymore and they replied that they won't come anymore. Even it was better to buy any low graded Chinese fridge. They are totally worst and should be complained. Their business should immediately be stopped.

Here u can get any household electronic products.. This place is near Mirpur-1, Chinese mor, I have purchased a Hitachi freeze from them.. I have noticed that they have well manner to maintain relationship with customer.. And u will get cheaper price then showroom..

Very little collection of electrical products. Only Hitachi and Sharp's fridges can be found here and some low grade tv. And the sellers are not co operative and friendly. So i decided to buy my TV from Transcom. Not recommended.

Need to improve the customer service quality! Lack of knowledge is a big problem here. They don't know anything about EMI for credit sales. Because of their mistake, I had to pay a lot of extra money to the bank. Which was a horrible experience. Most unfortunately they were unwilling to say sorry at the beginning!
