Delivery time niye kaj korun. IT products ar delivery 48 hours ar vitor hoya uchit Dhakar vitor. Its 2nd time waiting for the product delivery. And your Customer support is not friendly for after purchasing. You guys are Trusted no dought but give more priority to customer plz. Good luck.

This is the third time, they took an order but it's not in their stock. The same thing happened to me twice before. If you don't have a product in your stock, why would you take my order and keep my money? A week wasted.

They provide a very poor pick up service. After making payment I had to wait a long time to get the clearance. I also wanted to buy a VR. But they were so busy to entertain me. I also witnessed other customers are shouting as they had some product related issues. Better not to go there. They have also charged me higher for this Google home. Another local company G&G is selling it at 9000. Which we come to know later. So over all a poor experience there.

Stock management, credit management, refund management are very poor. They do sell authentic products but sometimes they misrepresent product info. Tried to review in their site but they did not publish the review.

This is a online shop and they have a physical store here in Dhaka. Shop is situated in the Elephant road , Multiplan center. Their website is pretty much enriched with gadgets. Their service is good enough mostly their call center. They respond quickly if you knock them. Quality of the products are just what they described in the website. Only issue is they don't provide warranty. But all other things are fine.

You can't see their products before purchased. Its their office and warehouse only but you can received your purchased products here. Their Behavior was very good. Products quality is also good.

Horrible experience. They take order of products that aren't even "In stock". When you order, they'll say it'll take 2-3 days to reach and after 2-3 days, they'll just say "We don't have it in stock." If you don't have it in stock, why bother with new orders? On top of that, thier customer support is embarrassingly incompetent. They'll just tell you "We're calling you after sometime with update on this." But no one will call you. Very disappointed customer support and shopping experience...

BDSHOP is one of the best online market in Bangladesh. They sell YouTube gears. I bought a Snowball ice microphone from them. Their call center and delivery system should be improved to do better. You can trust them for good products.
