Baraiyarhat bus stand is a very old & popular bus stand. You can go Dhaka,Chittagong, Khagrachori,Feni,Noakhali & Cox Bazar from here. All kinds of bus services are available here including Ac/Non Ac. Those who wants to go Sajek, this is the shortest root through Khagrachori.

It's an important bus stoppage on the Dhaka- Chittagong Highway. Actually it's part of the Baraiyarhat Municipality of the Chittagong district. There are some restaurants and fruit shops available here. It's an important marketplace as well. The bus stand has counters from allmost all transport companies. These counters sell tickets, confirm seats in advance and instantly. There is a washroom facility for passengers. It's a nice place for stop gaps.
