I called amazon and they explained that for 3rd party seller I have to go through them and request a refund. I did that, messaged the seller back describing the issues and requesting a refund, and then days later today being told they are reaching out to the seller again and can't see I already even did reply to the seller. It has almost been a week and I have not received a refund for an item I can't use due to it not functioning properly.
