Just a scam marketplace. I had 5500 taka ajkerdeal discount coupon received as gift. So I ordered 4 products of 8300 taka (approx, sorry I can't fully remember the amount) taka, applied the coupon and selected Bkash for rest of the amount using Android app. But before Bkash payment, the amount is shown like 3600 taka (approx). So I cancelled the transaction and called customer support. After 2 times forwarded to separate persons, I fixed the problem paying the rest of the amount via Bkash. After 2 days received 2 products worth 3700 (approx). Good products and so far so okay. But for rest 2 products, I waited and waited and no response for next 14 days. Then I called again to customer support. They were super busy and I complained with android app. After 1 day they called me and told me that I will get the rest of discount amount as discount voucher and paid Bkash amount as Bkash balance. Because they don't pay discount amount as cash. Seems logical to me. I waited and get the Bkash amount in 9 days. Now for the rest discount voucher (1100 taka), I can't apply them to any product. Called customer support again and they replied with the discount coupon can't be applied due to technical problem and they don't know when it will fix. The terrible shopping experience happened to me. And I will never use ajkerdeal. Same problem also happened for my colleague. Actions should be taken for this company.
