I loved the place. Their best thing is their hospitality. The food price is little bit high. But quantity also much for one person. You can order 3 person and can have 4/5 person easily. Nice exteriors and Interior. I highly recommend novem to get relaxation.

A small cozy resort. The honeymoon suite was spacious and came with standard amenities (no hair dryer). The Jacuzzi worked well. The mattress was hard and below expectations at the price. Now as for the resort itself, be cautious of the hundreds of steps of stairs you need to climb to reach your room. Not recommended for the elderly. There are some animals(rabbits, birds). Food at the restaurant was quite nice and afford able.
This Resort in very nice to spend time with friends and family. But its better for couples. Location: not so far from Srimongol railway station. Its 15-20 min drive. Environment: Pleasant environment as resort rooms are at the hill. Can see the pineapple garden from the rooms. Decoration: Nicely decorated resort. Specially at night when all lights lit up. Service: good, but they should more careful when they cleans the rooms as resort is at hills so some insects,spiders can be at rooms. Food: Restaurant food is fabulous,feels like home food. If anyone visit there must know the food order time. After order time passed can’t get any food as there are no nearby shops or restaurant. Area: there is not much area so can walk around in the resort. Value for the money: Price is high but they giving discounts in various occasions.(pls check website) Overall Nice !!!!
Unique!!! The way they embellished the resort should be impressed. Food is very cheap according to other resorts. Well behaved staffs. Only room they provide very small & no electric jug for hot water as a resort!!The scenario of resort is awesome. We enjoyed very much. Highly recommend!!!

A great place for relaxing with natural beauty.A bit far from the town, but very peaceful environment, we really enjoyed staying there, food cost is expensive, best to have own transport.A few more activities for children will add more value to it. A bit expensive also.
This resort is very nice place for relaxation and quiet environment. Room rent is reasonable. I wouldn't say it is a 5 star but their services are very professional. Stuffs behaviour is very good. Neat and clean entire resort. It was packed but not crowded.
An overrated place which could have been an excellent stay but perhaps the management doesn't want it. We booked the duplex villa for 2 days. A place for 5 persons with a single toilet! In each floor you will find only single power socket are also very old. There is no mini fridge in a duplex! You will feel adventurous everytime you take the stairs to the upper floor. The housekeeping service was good but it felt like they were acting on their own. There is no coordination between the reception and restaurant. You would get reply like, "I don't know, check with the restaurant"! The swimming pool has zero privacy! Anyone coming inside the resort will first notice the swimming pool and the people beside/inside it! So, my stay was OK but with the amount we paid, it's a rip-off considering what we got in return! Not recommended at all!
