I bought S21 Ultra 5G on Feb 16, 2021 and it went dark on Mar 5, 2021. They received it at the service center on the same day. No updates in first 3 days, after calling they ensured I'll get my phone by 8th March. On 7th they said the display is faulty and they do not have it. They can't say anything before March 20, 2021. A 130k flagship phone only lasted 15 days and the service center can't fix it in 15 days, and the worst part- they wouldn't give me replacement. I had to travel out of city without my phone. After calling several official at corporate and email to Samsung, on 27th March they finally called to receive the replacement. To my horror, they would give me a replacement handset which I saw came in sealed pack. But they opened it in front of me, and wanted to hand me the handset without the IMIE matched box. And they wouldn't provide me any paper mentioning my previous IMIE to this new IMIE. After I refused to receive the handset without the IMIE matched box, they finally have me the handset with the box. It had been a complete nightmare for me, How horrible was the experience this past 3 weeks, only the sufferer would understand. I also had worst experience with the S8 Plus at Bashundhora Service Center. This is the final nail on the coffin. I'm moving out from Samsung. This S21 Ultra would be my last Samsung flagship handset. I'm not fan of iPhone, so probably OnePlus would be my go to option. Thanks but no thank you samsung.

Went there with fingerprint problem. Kept the phone for 2 days didn't do any repair probably because i had warranty and they couldn't grab money from me.wiped all data and just gave me the phone with a very little inconvenience like when i called to ask if my phone is fixed they said someone already took my phone from them and saying sorry for their mistakes after i called 3 times...Now all the problems of my phone are back without any difference from before..Nice job done by them. I'm going to their basundhara customer care tomorrow hoping that will be good and behave like a customer service center.

They do business with customers' faith. Behavior is not professional. Their service charges are absurd. I had a bad experience. I came here with a Samsung J4 phone with the problem of not charging. They demand 8,600 Taka saying motherboard has gone. But I disagreed and returned my phone with 100 tk. But I gave it a last chance and contacted with a roadside mobile repairer who took 700 tk and repaired it. Then I went to this service centre to say why they did such wrong. But they misbehaved with me and say that This is their service policy to change whole part of any accessories with little damage. That means they are doing just business with customers' faith rather than service.

The customer care executives are very professional and curtious. They got the problem of my phone in just a moment and give a quick solution without asking me for any papers or anything else. As long I was there I found the officials handling customers in a very professional way with very good behaviour.
