Kazi Motahar Hossain Building is at Dhaka University, Bangladesh. this building is named after Motahar Hossain.who was a great author, scientist, first Bangladeshi statistician and journalist. He was a prominent person. It's a nice place that is surrounded by different kind of trees. It's an academic building of Science Faculty of Dhaka University. It's just opposite of Central Shahid MInar and Dhaka Medical College. There are few important departments here. It's a U shaped building with a big space and garden.

This area consists of more than six departments including law, geography, nuclear science, statistics etc. This building is situated just opposite side of the shahid minar and Dhaka medical outdoor gate. Inside the area there are beautiful garden consists of flowers and old big tree.

It is the place where Faculty of Law of DHAKA university runs its Courses here. In this Place Bongobondhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Father of the Nation (Bangladesh) used to study law in British Era but he has been forced to leave study due to his involvement with the Rights movement of the varsity employees. In 2000, for the first time a stone sculpture was installed here by the initiative of Professor Dr. Mizanur Rahman and Professor Dr.Selim Mahmud. I, Saumitra Sarder witnessed that historic moment as a Honours Student THEN. The quazi Motahar Hossain Bhabon also consist of Dep,t of Geography,Statistics, Robotic Engineering,Mathmetics and others. It is situated close to Cental Shaheed Minar. The campus is just awesone in Monsoon and WINTER. This is also the hub of Bangladesh Ain Somity (a organisation for the Ex Law gradates of the faculty of Law, DHAKA university). Bangladesh Ain Somity is a National organisation with its 3000 plus members who are holding some of the most VVIP post of the country. Thanks.
