Great place for an overnight stay, but too costly for what its worth. I mean the food was only good and the environment was more or less the same as some other resorts. The only exception was the staff was always helpful but BUSINESSLIKE!
Everything is beautiful to see according to plan. But the service is very bad, especially the quality of the food is very poor. Even if you go to eat at the right time, food is not available. This is very sad for a traveler.
The place needs huge improvement, in terms of service & professionalism & room maintenance. It is a nicely build setup, with some tweaking it can get better. If you are having a cup of coffee/food at any of their restaurants, Don't pay the bill to waiters with cash. They don't write down receipts & later on charge again with room bill; which doesn’t make sense. Not to mention, their Villa rooms are small, not something you would want to stay during a day-out.
Outstanding views and superb service. Just loved their gaming zone and the water cottage was quite comfortable. Would love to recommend to others. But the food was not that good.
Great place for a day trip or night stay. You can pass your entire day to look forward the place. They are having a swimming pool and a wave pool. As we visited their for a day trip, we were not allowed to use the swimming pool. Food was awesome. They offers almost 30 items during their launch buffet. Their desert are awesome. You can use their huge playgrounds. In terms of VR game, that was okay. Overall, everything seems good insisted of their behaviour. That is so cheap. Some of their employee dont know how to treat a guest.
Good place to chill on your weekends if you can afford. The food is okay and the landscape is like every other resorts near Dhaka, nothing new or exciting. The staff were well mannered, but seemed somewhat roboric, they smiled, but their eyes didn't.
