Bashkhali High School is one of the famous High School of this region specially in Koyra thana under Khulna District. This School have long and memorable history from its establishment since pre independence of Bangladesh. Late Binod Bihari Roy is the Establisher of this School. Many student study here from different village of this locality like Bashkhali, Chatkatala, Boga, Malikhali, Sarishamuth, Bamia, Gazinagar, Talbaria, Arjunpur, Kharia, Mothbari and others. I am also a student of this school of 2001-2002 academic year and passed SSC from this School in 2003. I stood 1st position in my exam center even in Koyra Upazilla by achieving GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 without 4th subject in 2003 SSC exam. As like mine, many good student comes from this School every year from its establishment. This School is teaching from class 6 to class 10. There are number of teacher who giving education to the student. The renouned teachers Of this school are Kartik Chandra Roy, Chitto Ranjan Mondal, Kiron Chandra Mondal, Kartik Chandra Biswas, Dibyendu Mondal, Nirmal Roy, Supada Roy, Khohinur Mondal, Nowsher Ali, Parimal Bahadur. The present Head Master of this School is Saroj Kumar Roy. However Bashkhali High School is important for education of this region.
