They have a rude attitude which is very annoying. It is like they don't care us anymore. We are nothing to them. This is happening just because they do have any competitor here. They are doing business alone here that's why they are feeling superior to all. They don't feel they need to upgrade their service. Everything is the worst here, broken bus, broken seat, wrong time schedule, unexpected stoppage of bus. Just disgusting in one word. People would avoid them if they get any alternative.
The seats are very good.
