Not good experience with booking at the Banani branch. Firstly behaviour of the receptionist is not welcoming and makes you feel like it's not his job, rather he's doing you a favour by answering your questions. Secondly he says, they're open from 10am to 4pm and each session takes 2 hours, which means only three customers a day. Could never get an appointment at my convenient time, they're always booked. Finally managed to get an appointment but didn't feel comfortable inside. The vibe is not welcoming rather judgemental. They'll make you fill up a hundred things and asks a lot is questions at the reception instead of talking to the doctor. Gives you a very high demanding impression but extreme lack of professionalism! Wouldn't go again.

5 times I took service fom here & didn't get any benifit. they charge too much money than others. no specialist there in banani branch. It was a waste of time & money for me.

Just booked a massage on Facebook and went, then was told is closed on Friday. It's not updated in Maps and Facebook. Technology (ability to make appointment on Facebook) is pointless if businesses don't really use it. It seems like the rule of thumb in Bangladesh is that you need to call the number and anything you do before that is meaningless.
