এর চেয়ে বাজে ওয়াই ফাই আর হয় না। This is the slowest Wi-Fi ever. I have been using this Wi-Fi for 4 years but never ever I have suffered such problems. If I try to complain about the slow Wi-Fi they try to argue with me.

I have been using their connection since last five years. To me their connection is very good due to their service. They try to deliver best service to their users. Their is no interruptions of their service and if any problem arrises, they try to resolve very quickly. After logging the problem they use to followup the issues closely and mitigate ASAP. I am very satisfied by their packages, I highly recommend their broadband connection.

Support system is very bad. If your line connection disturbs at 7.45 pm, you will not get the service for that night. There helpline number closes sharp at 8 pm. Line speed is very bad at times.
