For 6/7 years, Rajshahi District Council auditorium closed for modernization. The work was about to conclude on June 10, 2012. Because the work was not completed, the money earned by the District Court for the district's auditorium was closed for a long time and cultural programs in the auditorium were not able to make any event. Though the district council was owned by the auditorium located in CNB Monibazar of the city, Rajshahi city corporation was given the responsibility of modernizing it. In the absence of own technology and manpower, the district council will work with the city corporation to make the work. The city corporation contractor started work with the appointment. But in the last days due to the lack of money it's modernization. Although the work is not completed, the name of the auditorium has been changed to Shahid AHM Kamaruzzaman Auditorium. About 15 months ago the nameplate was inaugurated. But the auditorium is not yet operational. Prior to the start of the work, the auditorium of 800 people used to rent the district council at Tk 3,000 per day. In order to reform the auditorium, a contractor named 'Bell and AKJV' in the Padma residential area of \u200b\u200bthe city was given the mandate on 4 November 2011. The end of the work on June 10, 2012 At the bottom of the auditorium there is a restaurant named Nanakking Darbar Hall. The Zilla Parishad has leased the restaurant. The darbar hall with the restaurant is always in front of the auditorium and organizes various events.

Nice place for public gathering in medium size of participant. Food shops and spaces are comfortable here. Best in kind in this area.
