Very nice residential zone just beside Hatirjheel lake. Easy to get anywhere in Dhaka Metro as it seems to be in the middle zone of Metro. House rent seems reasonable affordable by middle class . Luxurious apartments aren't available here though. I would recommend it as a living area!!

It's a very well planned area..& there you can stay in a low cost in House's..& the transportation of this area is very well..You can see the beautiful view of Hatirjheel from this area.
A wonderful residential area at Dhaka city.
I wonder its now a great place expect before one year ago. I liked the lake and the Area Also. But still they need to make a flat road that a 4 wheeler vehicle can drive easily and mostly they could take turns easily also.
Nice location, but area’s some road’s not wide
It is a nice housing area. It is beside Hatirjheel Project, a beautiful project. Each building is plan wise. Every road is spacious. There is enough security for all. There is no traffic jam here. One can easily enjoy the beauty of nature by walking in the Hatirjheel Project.
Well organised and secured residential area on the bank of Hatirjheel lake.
Now it is a neat and clean city.
