The worst online shop ever. They prove that they are Chinese company with zero focus on customer. If I can, I would definitely give them zero star. Found a product completely broken due to their irresponsibility. Refund policy is too poor.

Customer service: not customer oriented (2/10 Delivery system: poor (5/10) Delivery system outside Dhaka is really poor and they have poor coverage of delivery area. I ordered two products in different times from one mjor upzilla city of Noakhali and both got cancelled showing 'delivery attempt failed' although no one from their delivery team contacted me for delivery. I contacted their customer service but they didn't provide any solution. Really unprofessional and unexpected from Daraz. Never buying from them again....

I live in the USA and occasionally use Daraz to purchase and deliver products to my dearest ones in BD. No doubt that Daraz offers the most diverse and massive collections of online products in BD. It's almost a monopoly in the market. The amazon/walmart model offers free shipping when you order is over 25/35. At Daraz, for 3 different orders, I have to pay 65tk to ship each item. I understand that products may be shipped by 3 different vendors, but this cost can be smartly dissolved into the listed price. Daraz needs to understand that "a smart" free shipping strategy can go a long way to ramp up the sales. If you want me to rate the best in BD, I would say chaldaal.com. Totally blown away by their freaky fast delivery system almost at no cost.

Besides, some products that are very rare to find in stores can be easily found on their catalog. Prices are always reasonable with evercoming discounts & sales. The home delivery is not always lightning fast but in a city like Dhaka the hassle free delivery is just heavenly.
