Good small museum with different exhibits of Bangladesh old coins and some coins from other countries. The shop in the museum offers a very limited selection of souvenirs to buy, maybe because of COVID.

Bangladesh Bank Taka Museum is an excellent place for those who want to pass some quality time as well as gathering time. The entry is completely free for everyone, just need to provide name and address in the entry book. No one can carry a bag into the gallery. All kinds of bag need to submit in a locker. There are two gallery. In gallery number one, there are all kind of Bangladeshi money are displayed. In gallery two there are some foreign money are displayed. Whole indoor area of taka museum are covered with chilled AC. There is a snacks corner where fast food such as sandwich, hotdog, burger, ice cream served. This snacks corner do not serve coffee, they only serve tea. Overall environment is satisfactory and gathered nice experience. Thanks to the authority of Bangladesh Bank for taking such initiative.
