Worst service in both t-cash services as well as customer care agent. Agents sometimes inform you about many hidden conditions which you should have known before. I have many bad experiences with them. While everyone is making baking facilities easier, they are making everything difficult. They will tell you that you can perform these and these via t-cash but in reality when you attempt to perform any transactions it will become an unsuccessful one. Now neither you perform transactions nor you can withdraw the cash money easily. Because there agent is so rare to find also you need to pay cash out fee even if you withdraw money from bank. So whatever be the case you have to bear the burden. I won't recommend anyone. There poor google rating is another reflection of their bad services which I should consider before.

Worst kind of mobile banking system. No agent available nearby. They shouldn't have used it as a school fee payment method. It is easier to deposit fees at bank directly rather than using t-cash. Seriously hoping that they will increase number of agents at the least.
