A Much needer branch of one of the most popular and diverse reach courier service. Glad they are here. They offer all their regular courier and parcel services in Addition to the express ones and special ones suited for e-commerce business. But there are some improvement points. For example, there is no price list for parcel Types, how to do what etc. Also the some of the personnel need improvement with their approach.

Called them today 3rd April 2021 to know about a courier cost for an aircon. 3 seconds into the call, I was told to call another number. The second number screamed at me saying he can't talk. Bad customer service at its finest.

Well, its a courier service.. what did you expect..a 5 star Hotel...! Pretty busy place.. Also, do keep in mind that, in terms of parcel delivery anywhere in the country, they are one of the best out there.. a bit messy yes.. but they will deliver your parcel wherever in the country you wanna send them to...

For Dhanmondi habitats, this is most nearest place for one's courier needs. You can drop and pick percels and documents. Desk assistants are not well educated, and almost mannerless. I think they should be supervised by an experienced customer support manager.
