One of the best city for leaving... created huge free space for free movement of people. No air pollution...no gathering... very peaceful & silent... seems nature oriented creation...all type of facilities are being created like helipad... swimming.. sports zone... meeting & prayers zone... shopping mall... enough parking space...sun light... mature everything maintained.... finally it's awesome...but the price seems too high...

Rupayan City Uttara is an unparallel residential project in the Dhaka Metro. It is a future small city inside the Dhaka city with open greeny space and all city life facilities. A secured residencial zone as well. Really very well decorated whole area... I’m impressed. The place is very good but if you want to buy a flat then you need to manage huge money.Price is too higher then another place in Dhaka city.
