I am using Link 3 for long time. They charge very high but their service was good. Now, their service is below standard. Internet is down for 3 days. I have informed them multiple times. Forget about fixing the connection, they did not even care to even try fixing the internet problem. I will not recommend.

Link3 is Providing Good Internet Service in my area but they took 2 months for the connection on first time after that the took 1 years time for home shifting connection. They are too slow for provide their connection but their internet is good.

Its been 2 weeks since I'm using this isp. I use the cheetah 20 mbps pack and almost everytime i do a speed test, i never get it above 12mbps. The youtube has the worst speed and is always buffering. My zoom online class drops very frequently and I have to use mobile data again. I switched to this isp as many suggested that they had smooth internet service. But not that smooth afterall. Interruptions are frequent. Online meeting or gaming will not working with it. Response of support team is also delayed. If you are looking for unintended connection it is not recommended at all.

Very bad start , switched to them as thought they were the best ..so far very poor service, staff that came to install was a disaster .bought 30 gig with iptv and I can get max 10 but even lower .there is no real customer service nobody answer ... Unfortunately it makes us to reevaluate previous supplier . Customer negliciency , assistance, quality of internet consistency and lack of full package purchase are the major issue from them ..and unfortunately what else you require from an inteent supplier if not these items. Thata a pity
