Incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior from the ones who sit in at the front desk. Those illiterate goats failed to get my pet's name wrong twice and when I asked them to correct it they refused. The vet himself is very unprofessional and arrogant and the pricing is quite unreasonable. A very costly service for substandard treatment. So if you need to take you vet try places that are respectful towards you and your pet.

We took our sick cat TT at LD Veterinary Hospital last week. The service was really good. The vet gave TT some injections and her conditions improved. The costing seems bit pricey, but as it's the first of its kind and it's close to our home, we didn't mind.

Better pet hospital for Responsibility and low cost service
The vet isn't much cooperative over the phone in case of an emergency. I've taken my kitten to the hospital for a check-up. Then I came back home and I needed to know about a medicine for my kitten. I called him, he didn't say much, and asked to bring my kitten to his hospital. Basically he wants to charge more whenever he gets the chance. Very selfish.
The behaviour of the doctor is very welcoming, the place is cozy and cat friendly. Cost is a bit high, but although overall good vet place for visiting!
Do not take you pets there. My cat suffered straight 5-6 days and finally took his last breath today. This happened due to overdosing. I repeat DO NOT
