Let me introduce you all to the worst ISP providing by KARSAN NET in Dhaka. After using 6 months with my high temper i decided to quite on month of April 2019. Then after two months they called me back saying that they have improved their ISP and i blindly go for it again. So i decided to give them another chance and re-connect with KARSAN NET again in this July 2019 with optical fiber 8MB connection( Paying 2000TK for Shit ) . OOhhhhhhhhh it was my ugly decision that i went back to them. 1st 9 days was okay but every alternative day i had call them to give me better frequency. From 10th to till 13th no internet frequency at all and didn't had any luck after calling thousand times. Okay finally got back connection again on 14th evening after a little fight with supporting team. Now in row last four days everyday evening to next day afternoon there is no internet connection in my house. Literally its became a wired pera for me now to call them for support. The main fact is their bandwidth is very limited and they do not have a experienced technical support team. Today 24th July at 5pm i am writing this review from my office as i still dont have internet at my house. My wife got tired to call them for fixing my connection. Now they are not answering our call anymore. Unbelievable what a ISP service this KARSAN NET is providing. I am taking my time to write this only for those who really care about internet connection and decided to go for KARSAN NET. Please think twice before go to KARSAN NET. The worst ISP in DHAKA

Worst internet service provider in area...always network dropping...never got any service on time ...and very unprofessional employees ...they even charged more from me for few months ...didn’t rectify until I checked their website...highly unrecommended
