The inside decoration is 100% Japanese. They also served foods following Japanese manner. I tasted Sushi. Only one thing lacks is freshness of food. Location tips: you will find it google maps. However, you will not find the name of this restaurant outside of the building. Another thing, you will find the restaurant closed, although it is open. Please ring the doorbell.

My most favorite place in Banani Dhaka. But I felt it's my personal opinion that they took excessive money for food. I had 1500 Taka for a curry. Which was before 700-800 taka. Owner should look on it.

Ah yes, Ichi. Number one Japanese restaurant in Dhaka, I tell you! 1. I'm not a big fan of sushi, but I love every other soy-based Japanese dish. 2. The sirloin steak was irredeemably succulent and tender. It's a marvel that it was neither oozing blood or charred black, just perfectly done. 3. The grilled squid was delectable, the texture impeccable. The only grievance, the serving could have been a bit more generous. 4. Beef udon requires plenty of chili and soy to hit the bangladeshi tastebud. Highly recommended. Regular visitor. Solid sitting area and praiseworthy service.

The food was very good and the staff was well behaved but the place was unhygienic. There were little cockroaches here and there and overall the place needed maintenance. On top of all that, it was very very expensive. If a restaurant charges that much, the customer should expect not only best quality food but also an excellent space. The food was great but the overall visit was not worth the money. Would not recommend, will not come back.
