This hospital is very clean and tidy. There staffs are much better behavior to customer's. The doctors are very careful to their patients & sincere in their service. It is one of the largest hospitals in Uttara. I often take services here. Many specialist doctors are service here. I also suggest everyone to services here.

one of the worst scheduling service. the reception said doctor would come at 4. the man IN front of the doctors chamber says she will come at 7?? what is this. why do you give time to patients without proper timing. people has life. you are a doctor and also I am paying you for your service, this is not free. and you are not doing a favor to me.

Their service quality is better but this building doesn't have any parking facilities for the patients and users of this consultation center. They don't have senior/experienced level consultant for each department like other branches.
