The helpline number provided is basically useless. Been trying to reach out to them for months on the hotline and email address but no response. Upon visiting their office, the behavior of the staff was infuriating. Starting from the guards to the officials, everyone behaves like they are superior than general. Behavior towards general public irrespective of their nationality needs huge improvement. You guys are not doing a favor by opening office here. You are just working like any other people. Need to get that straight. Paperwork, on the other hand, is plane and simple. Ps. Please provide a number on your site that actually works.
