Gym has no squat rack and has low quality dumbells
The good gym I'd say. The gym is small containing 4 rooms. Has several basic types of equipment for working out. The instructor is helpful so you can get started easily. There are 3 washrooms/changerooms, a kitchen and a referegerator which you can use. This gym is ladies friendly. The ladies time is from 10 am to 4 pm. But many ladies work out even after 4 pm with gents. So you can guess how safe it is for you if you are a girl. The membership is monthly basis. For the monthly fee contact with the owner. Payment can only be made by cash. Limited parking facilities available at the ground floor.
I worked out here for 3 weeks during my visit to bangladesh. The gym is very clean and smells good. Have good equipment for the price. Owner, Monir bhai is a super helpful person. He can help you a lot with motivation and personal training. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience here. If you are thinking about a lifestyle change and want to join a gym, pay this gym a visit and I'm sure you'll love it.
Called them and asked nicely about the cost. They are not even ready to say a single word over the phone. Not even polite while talking.
