They're Not professional or not helpful. I went to Renew my bike insurance. They didn't inform me that Insurance is not necessary now.government allow bikers drive bike without insurance. Cause i don't know this new rules. They asked 1900 bdt for another insurance. And their office,was not look as insurance office.they don't have any client, they just playing phone,cause they don't have nothing to do at office.dissapointed
