BIHRM foundation was established in 2003, and has been working HR development since. BIHRM launches PGD Supply Chain management program. In 2012, After couple of years BISCM- Bangladesh Institute of Supply Chain Management was introduced as an alumni association of BIHRM Supply Chain participants.
