I had my Bkash account suddenly deactivated. After checking the location, I came to Nasir Trade Centre 1st floor (দোতলা). The earlier you show up, the better. I visited at 10:30am Time - 9am to 5pm Required: 1. Must bring your original NID card 2. At least one passport sized Photo 3. The sim/phone on which you are using Bkash. 4. Better if you know your last transaction amount - account balance, last cashout/send money Procedure: quite simple actually, if you have all the aforementioned requirements. 1. State your problem and get the designated token from the security guard. 2. Wait for your turn. They will call you to the counter, according to the serial number of your token. 3. Interact with the officer and get the job done. Took me not more than 15 minutes to reactivate my account. Satisfied with their service and friendly behaviour.

The behaviour of gate keeper and specially token giver was completely like some mannerless govt service holders. But the service provider behaved good than them. I took service from counter number 4.

Extremely bad and fully graceless service overall. Their staff and customer service operators are terrible and mannerless as well. Even they don't know how to behave with a customer. It's truly astonishing, I didn’t expect these from a country leading mobile financial company like bKash! Based on my experience, I don't recommend them.

Prime location for customer support office for a popular service like Bkash. This office is situated at Rupayan Trade Center near Banglamotor Bus Stop. Customer support managers are quite helpful and well behaved. Minimum waiting time is 15-25 minutes. But the worst thing is there is no parking available for Bkash customers there.

Excellent service. They are very professional and cordial to solve your problem. Firstly you have to collect token and need to wait for a while. After that they called you and try to solve your problem accordingly. I had a bad experience for taking photos for Google map. Someone(female voice) from counter shouted at me so loudly (minimum 220 DB) why I took photographs inside center! The voice was so harsh that I find myself in Sundarban in front of a Royal Bengal Tiger!
