About the environment there, I can mention that's very calm and green. I didn’t check about the Internal atmosphere (rooms,bathroom, etc). I have heard that's also Awesome. I've found the hall quite beautiful from outside. From all the gathering experience, I would like to recommend the hall to DUian Girls who want to stay!
