Been using their internet for over 2 years now so i think i have the right to a accurate review. Their internet is good only when its there, almost every week or so the internet connection just goes out completely out of nowhere and their Cso is very poor in handling such situations, you wait over 35 seconds to a pre recorded theme as you call them and 2 more minutes until someone picks it up upon which all they respond with is "we will inform this to the fiber team", they usually never get back to you even after hours, this one time a few days ago they said there was such a problem and i asked for eta for fix they said about 2 hours, but it took over 12 hours and they did no follow up, if you're taking their internet then just be prepared to prolly use up more money calling them rather than paying for the internet. Another event that happened Just today was my IGCSE mocks exams were going on, we asked them before hand to make sure the internet was ok, the second the exam starts the internet goes out for the next 4 hours on and off and their response was simple "we are working on it". again credit where its due, their internet is good when its there but there's definitely other ISPs in Dhaka which doesn't have over 50% downtime.

Iinternet has been gone over 8 hours and called them many times, they say working, will be done in 1 hour, and after 8 hours its still yet to come back, and this is not a one time thing, happens almost every week

Their connection is very slow don’t recommend AmberIT at all especially for Gamers no way it can’t even get me in a zoom meeting in time than how can it give 60 ping in Fortnite Middle East Like Pacenet? Sadly pacenet doesn’t come here and neither does DotInternet I don’t know what other ISP to take for gaming cuz Triangle has many bad reviews too. Not worth paying the bills it was good at first but than sometimes happened would request them to fix their connection and connect to Mumbai servers they need to know Fortnite’s server IP to route to Mumbai whereas my friends who use local service provider doesn’t need server IP to route cuz Fortnite doesn’t say so sadly they can’t do a simple route

Sudden speed drop. Like 1.5 mbps, 2mbps, 0, 12kbps, 0, 75kbps, 0, 0... Everyday routine: Sudden speed drop -\u003e Complain -\u003e Get a message from amberIT problem solved (They will say we had a logical error) -\u003e Sudden speed drop -\u003e ... They gave me a faulty device. Their employee told me your device is really old and it's faulty. From their end, the line was up but due to the faulty device, it showed data loss. But they had no intention of changing it. They were like we will change it next time and that next time never happened. So, I kicked them out. The line will be broken at least once a month if you are lucky. If you can not report it before early morning then that line won't be up that day. Finally, you will also get a new job. Restart your router.

Though the company is big but 4th class service. Frequent disconnection issue. Poor network. Poor speed. Per day 4 to 5 times it show red light in the ONU devices that means 4 or 5 times internet disconnects. Very old and used ONU devises are used. They say they provide Real IP but they shares Shared IP. Only for few moments of the day a customer gets his promised speed. Customer cares are the most careless of them all. It takes day or two to solve connectivity problem.

I used their 45mbps line. Their lines drops all the time. Specially when I was in a meeting o got the line dropped, no connection or really slow speed (sometimes in kbps). I think this is the worst internet provider in Bangladesh. Even if I call them with a system problem they just refer me to different number and the. They refer me to another number in a loop. So unprofessional! There were a complimentary IP phone and IpTV with the package but I never get to know how to use those. Same thing happened, I called them and they replied we will get back to you.
