Nowadays facilities are increasing here. A lot of people use this train station. It is not bad. Be careful about your baggage, street children sometimes beg from you.

It's not a very clean place, size of each toilet is very small so you can barely move. You also have to be careful about your bags you are carrying with you. If you are alone then it's better that you take your bags with you into the toilet rather than left outside. There are lots of beggers, homeless, drug addicts and street childrens, so I advise you to avoid this place after evening for safety. There are also a public toilet in the station, you can use that.
