Very Poor Service ! Don’t go there if you have any other option still. Totally careless attitude regarding the outdoor patients. For instance, My wife fixed an appointment at 5:30 pm with Dr Nasima Shahin, Nownits 6:29 and I couldn’t meet Dr. yet. Millions of Mosquitos are waiting to greet you for sure !!

I am in two minds about the hospital. It is very well known to the people living in Uttara and Tongi areas mainly for Dr. Ratu Roman who is an amazing doctor you can ever think of. She specializes in gynecology, providing the right treatment needed to individual patient. More than 10 babies of our family were born under her supervision and we are happy with her. I do still remember her pale face when my own child was in critical condition. She was tensed and worried as her hospital's equipment was not sophisticated enough to treat my baby, however she counselled and helped me to take my baby to Universal Medical College and Hospital for better treatment. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of the Omnipotent, my baby came back to normal life after fighting 7 days in NICU. She was so happy and excited to see us again with our new-born baby when we visited her after few weeks for post surgery suggestions. She touched my boy gently and wished blessings for him and us. Despite saying so many good things about the hospital, I have some problems with overall management. They should introduce a policy to keep every child under adequate oxygen supply for at least about half an hour so that their breathing process get support to normalize. The hospital seriously lacks in providing post birth care to babies. I hope they improve their treatment facilities to new-born babies as well.
