One of the most beautifully decorated restaurants in Chittagong . They have a rich menu . Nice food . Good environment . Smartly arranged seating arrangement . A family friendly place . Well behaved staffs . But it's also a high end restaurant . Pricier than the most of the restaurants in Chittagong . If you want to have experimental dishes that would be really tasty this is the place for you . If you want to have a different taste of foods in Chittagong . This is the place for them . For people who wants to eat in a budget I wouldn't recommend this place. Also their service seems to be running a bit late . Or maybe it was because there was a lot of rush that day .

Food was average. But the biggest let down was their so called Baklava.No nut stuffing inside! Just fried pastry sheet soaked in sugar syrup! Place seems cozy but the employees won't like your long stay their once you finish the food!

This rating is not for their overall services and about food quality. today i went there to host a get together party. they missed my order and served everyone's food except mine. i kinda thought they missed it, so we reached out to the staff 2/3 times, but they didn't get back to us. Later, after several push backs, one staff confirmed that they actually missed my order. A lady came to us later to apologize and wanted to know who we had been dealing with. My problem was with their staff management, not with just one incident. I saw several well dressed waiters and staff swarming around and they were not actually working. I don't understand the need of that many people who are not doing their job willfully or diligently. I saw in North America, only about 3 members doing a better job than these 20 people. this should be a wake-up call for Fusion Eats team to move most of the operation to automated systems. they can lay off 10 of their waiters and install a better software and large displays to accommodate better experience to customers.

Authentic food taste, awesome service and ambience. Specialised for continental meals and Thai foods. Pretty expensive, but they worth it.

Today I got really disappointed.. Last 4 times I visited the food was good. Heard from them their Thai food was authentic. So I planned my wife's Bday dinner there. Unfortunately the food which we order was too spicy to eat. Before ordering we even told them not to give chillies but seems like they didn't even both. Even after complaining they didn't bother to apologise for their mistakes. Authentic thai isn't spicy. Traditional Thai chicken fried rice, Thai fried chicken and green curry wasn't supposed to be spicy. I know the restaurant is in Chittagong but that doesn't mean I will add chillies in every dishes. Then it won't be authentic anymore. It would become chatgaiya thai food. Chicken Dim Sum was good but the soya sauce was too salty. Fish cake was good.

The best place to consume food in while Chittagong town.Food price reasonable. Food are really delicious.Staffs are well behaved as usual. Very nice restaurant and neat clean. I am recommend every one to Visit "FUSION EATS" restaurant. Ratting 10/10.
