This is a good quality Buddhist temple. #Dreams of many days Some of the Buddhist #Archaeological / Buddhist #Temple in Bangladesh have their own views. #Dhaka #International Buddhist archaeological / Buddhist temple a religious organization of Bangladeshi Buddhists. This temple was founded in Dhaka's Merul Badda In Bangladesh. The preservation of Buddhist religion, culture and heritage is not religion plays an important role in promoting and spreading and running. This is done in the form of worship and charity. Here's what. 1. Peace Temple. 2. Orphanage. 3. Library. 4. Think Center. 5. Beacon & Training Center. 6. Pali College. 7. Charitable treatment (information collected from Temple Authority) If the biggest worship in their worship is the biggest pooja then the hard chewer donation. After every sunset in the evening, after 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm there is no regular prayer. There are wheelchair access here. #Accessibility But one thing is surprised. People of Buddhism do not allow any religion other than to enter / visit here. They have to get approval from the higher authority and the approval of the police.

After the liberation war of 1971 a new country, Republic of Bangladesh, appeared on the world map and the city of Dhaka became its capital. To avail of all there facilities many Buddhist from all over the country began to gather in the capital and Buddhist Monastery of the Sangharaj Nikayas of the Buddhists was keenly felt. The necessity became more urgent as many Buddhists of South and South East Asian countries came to Dhaka for business and other purposes. They wanted to visit Buddhist Monastery to perform religious rites. The leaders of Buddhist community in Dhaka decided in a General meeting in 1984 to establish the International Buddhist Monastery at a place near to Diplomatic Zone to cater the need of both local and foreign Buddhist Nationals. With the untiring effort of the members of the executive committee and general members of Bangladesh Buddhist Federation and wholehearted financial and physical cooperation of all concerned, the Federation purchased a plot of land at Merul Badda and constructed a semi-pacca Monastery in 1989.

A very beautiful architectural design. Located adjacent to the main road of medulla badda, but still this monastery manages to keep calm and clean. A Buddhist monastery is always very neat and silent place. They try to keep silence and they are very good at that. Sometimes they arrange classical music program where on get peace.
